2009 Team Registration

• Fees for the 09-10 season will stay at $2,150. $1,150 due by September 11th and $1,000 due by December 11th. Make checks payable to CISL and send C/O Toby Mellows P.O. Box 7011 Menlo Park, CA 94026-7011. Please make at least the first payment as soon as possible. We do not want to have teams forfeiting games due to their payment being late.
• If you provide a field you will need to present to the treasurer (Toby) the invoice for payment and provide a valid permit that outlines the terms of the league’s use (date, time, field 3 etc.).
