Findings from the meeting are as follows:

General:

• All fees and fines due to the league should be submitted directly to Toby Mellows at the following address:

  Checks should be made out to CISL

• $25 fines for red cards must be received by the league within one week of the game where the red card was given. Suspended players will not be returned to the team roster until fines are paid (team roster will be minus one player per red card until suspension(s) is/are served). Teams will forfeit games until fines are paid.
  
• If a team fails to report a red card and plays the offending player before suspension is served team shall forfeit one game.
  
• Effective immediately only one player per week may be dropped from a team roster. All roster change notifications should be sent to the CISL e-mail alias. Not by phone.
  
• Players will not be added to a team roster if a date of birth has not been provided.
  
• Any team that has not paid the annual league dues by December 5th, 2007 will forfeit all games until dues are received.
  
• All contact with the management committee should be via e-mail and not by phone call or in person.

Ethics committee findings:

• It has been very difficult to assign referees this season and game reports are not being received by the league despite continuing requests. Because of this situation it's imperative that team managers take responsibility for not only reporting game scores to the league but also reporting any red cards. At the end of a game where a red card has been issued we're asking managers to meet with the match official to identify the player and the reason for the red card.
  
• Portola Valley vs Benfica November 18, 2007

  Events as described in the referees report won't be tolerated in the CISL. Because of this game our challenge in finding referees has been compounded because the officials of this game have refused to referee in the CISL going forward.

  Each team forfeits this game and consequently will have two points deducted from their total.
  The game score will be recorded as 0-0.

  Horacio Matta is suspended for eight games and is on probation for the balance of this season and for all of next season. An additional red card during the probation period will result in a permanent suspension from the CISL. $25 fine to be paid by 12/05/07 or additional games shall be forfeit until paid.

  John Nunes is suspended for two games. $25 fine to be paid by 12/05/07 or additional forfeit until paid.

• Benfica vs Alborz November 4, 2007
  We understand that one player from Alborz was shown a red card. Manager should submit the name of the red carded player and the $25 fine to the league by December 5th, if player info and check is not received by 12/05/07 games will be forfeit until payment is received. The player is suspended for one game.
  
• Lions vs Mountaineers November 11, 2007
  We understand that one player from the Lions and two players from the Mountaineers were shown red cards. Managers should submit the names of the red carded players and the $25 fine for each red card to the league by December 5th, if player info and check is not received by12/05/07 games will be forfeit until payment is received. Each player is currently suspended for one match. Additional penalties may be added following a complete investigation.
