   1. Some teams have expressed an interest in having 1 or 2 guest passes to try out new players
5. Red Cards
   1. Additional fines/suspensions for multiple red cards in a season?
   2. Additional fines/suspensions for severe offenses such as fighting?
6. Yellow Cards
   1. Proposal to not force a player to leave the field after getting a yellow card
7. Referees
   1. Referee fees
8. Fields
   1. We need to start getting fields for the 2004/5 season
9. Better contact information for all teams
   1. Need at least 2 contacts listed on the website for all teams
