- Deadline for adding/dropping a player will be determined by the committee and will be announced at least 2 weeks prior to the deadline.
- Checking players in before a Game

This means that every player must have his player pass and every team must have a roster form.

- A proposal was made to permanently make the league an over-35 league with 2 players between 30 and 35. This proposal was approved.
- Red Cards
- Additional fines/suspensions for multiple red cards in a
season?
- The committee will review every case when a player receives more than 1 red card in the season.
The committee will be able to determine the appropriate fine/suspension with the default recomendation
being that the fine and suspension are doubled for each incident. This proposal was approved by a vote.
- Additional fines/suspensions for severe offenses such as
fighting?
- The committee will review every case where a player receives a red card for fighting or any other severe offense.
The committee will be able to determine the appropriate fine/suspension with the minimum
fine being $50 and a 2 game suspension for fighting. This proposal was approved by a vote.

- It was noted that the field at Portola Valley will be closed between Christmas and President's Day.
